Automotive Service Technician
Position Summary
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on domestic, Asian, hybrid, diesel, EV, and select European vehicles.
- Conduct preventative maintenance services, including oil and fluid changes, brakes, tires, and alignments.
- Use OEM diagnostic tools and advanced equipment for testing, calibration, and programming.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate clearly with the service team to ensure accurate estimates and timely completion of work.
- Uphold shop values of commitment, loyalty, excellence, and pride in every repair.
Qualifications
- ASE certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
- Experience in automotive repair and diagnostics required.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Client Advocate
Position Summary
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
- Serve as the communication link between guests and technicians.
- Explain recommended services using photos, videos, and digital inspections in a clear and simple way.
- Guide guests through repair decisions with honesty and empathy.
- Manage scheduling, invoicing, and follow-up communication.
- Build long-term relationships with guests based on trust and transparency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest service, sales, or automotive service advising is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex information in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
