My battery was dead when I tried to start my car one morning. We got it jumped and I called Chad at the front desk for advice. He told me to come in when I had a chance to drive the car around for a bit and they would test it. Battery needed replacement and they were able to squeeze me in right then. Grateful for their prompt service when I didn't have an appointment.

Initially, I took my shop to a nation wide chain to have my check engine light code read. They SEEMED to know what the problem was and "fixed it". A couple days later it came on again, so I took it to Accelerated Diagnostic. They found that the previous shop had broken something and tried to repair it with tape. Also, they didn't fix the original problem all the way. Chad helped me get the proper repairs and he took the time to coordinate payment with my extended warranty. My car need MAJOR repairs and these guys got it done for me. Drop off and pick up are super easy and secure too.

10/10 would recommend! The owner, Matt takes such pride in the work that his business does. It is the cleanest automotive place I have ever been to! I went in for an oil change and they educated me on what I should pay attention to, and start budgeting for for potential future repairs. I never felt like they were trying to sell me some thing I didn’t need. To have an automotive company that you trust is rare, and I would highly recommend Accelerated Diagnostic and Automotive!

Jake was exceptionally knowledgeable about our very difficult electrical situation with our Honda Civic. They say they like a challenge and knew how to do the repair right so it wouldn’t create more problems down the road.
