The story of our business goes back many years and started with vision and goal. Matt Wagg¸ our owner and founder saw a need. A need for qualified, trustworthy service that people can depend on. Matt started his career as a dealer technician after receiving a formal education and Associate’s Degree from Southeast Community College – Milford Campus. While at the dealership, Matt had a desire to learn from the very beginning. As a dealership technician, he obtained nearly a dozen manufacturer certifications and obtained Master Certified Technician status and Advanced level specialist designation which is still proudly maintained to this day. Matt spent several years as a shop supervisor at the dealership, which opened his eyes to a new passion, giving back and educating. Matt had the opportunity to then take his passion and give back to the community and became a full time instructor with Metropolitan Community College teaching repair and service to hundreds of students located throughout the Omaha area. His time at the college opened his eyes to major gaps in the industry and community. The need for highly qualified technicians and the lack of modern, customer focused repair facilities.
Matt has made it a goal to open a facility that does things different. We are here to change your perception and provide a level of service and an experience unmatched. We want you to have confidence in repairing and maintaining one of your most important assets, your vehicle.
