Fun Fact : I have a past as a competitive eater, I won a hot dog eating contest where I ate 16 hot dogs in 20 minutes and received 2nd place out of 20 for the fastest to eat a 3lb hotdog. I am also an educator and have spent 7 years of my career as a college faculty member and service training instructor for Caterpillar. I am passionate about learning and developing others. I worked for 5 years outside of my normal day job to pursue my dream of opening and owning a business.
