I had an awesome experience here. They changed my battery and oil, ran a full diagnostic, and kept me in the loop the entire time. Their communication was honestly some of the best I’ve had at any auto shop. Prices were super reasonable and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend if you want honest work and a team that actually cares.

I just had my 2020 F-150 in with Accelerated Diagnostic & Automotive to have the driveshaft replaced. They quickly diagnosed the issue, worked with my third party vehicle warranty company and communicated clearly and effectively throughout the entire process. There isn't another shop in Omaha I trust more with my vehicles. Thank you to the wonderful crew at Accelerated Diagnostic & Automotive for another great experience!

WOW! Their customer service is off the charts! Spoke with the GM Matt and also Cade and was absolutely blown away by their professionalism, kindness, knowledge and willingness to spend time talking with me and sharing their expertise.
