Excellent, HONEST service, family pride is displayed within the owner and employees. An auto repair place in West Omaha diagnosed over $3,000 in 'much needed repairs/replacements'. I had this shop do oil changes for over one year. Upon my first visit to Accelerated Diagnostic & Automotive I learned none of the 'much needed repairs' were needed. Instead only honesty, and excellent customer service greeted me. I highly recommend Accelerated Diagnostic & Automotive for any vehicle repairs.

I was looking for a fast affordable mechanic shop close to my work I googled it and they were the first to be listed. I called as I was driving into work and spoke to Matt. He was kind smart and so helpful. He even ubered me to work so I could drop it off and it was fixed by the time I got off work for a third of what the dealership quoted me. Matt and the team at Accelerated are amazing. A year ago I had to have the heater core in my Dodge Ram replaced. They installed and warrantied the work. These cores are unfortunately a common headache in general with few replacement options other than OEM. About 3 weeks ago when we had our first cold snap, I started the truck and turned on the heat and then same symptoms popped us. I called up Matt and his team - without hesitation they had the truck in for inspection. They unfortunately found a crack in the less than a year old core. They got a replacement ordered and had the warranty work completed in a day. They honored their word and warranty - no fights, no headaches, no dragging their feet. They are awesome - Life long customer here.
