I had my car towed here. They looked it over and were upfront and honest about the damage it had received. While the damage was beyond repair I appreciated the professionalism and the courtesy with which they communicated with me. I will definitely consider coming back here if the need arises.

Excellent, HONEST service, family pride is displayed within the owner and employees. An auto repair place in West Omaha diagnosed over $3,000 in 'much needed repairs/replacements'. I had this shop do oil changes for over one year. Upon my first visit to Accelerated Diagnostic & Automotive I learned none of the 'much needed repairs' were needed. I was looking for a fast affordable mechanic shop close to my work I googled it and they were the first to be listed. I called as I was driving into work and spoke to Matt. He was kind smart and so helpful. He even ubered me to work so I could drop it off and it was fixed by the time I got off work for a third of what the dealership quoted me. Matt and the team at Accelerated are amazing. A year ago I had to have the heater core in my Dodge Ram replaced. They installed and warrantied the work. These cores are unfortunately a common headache in general with few replacement options other than OEM. About 3 weeks ago when we had our first cold snap, I started the truck and turned on the heat and then same symptoms popped us. I called up Matt and his team - without hesitation they had the truck in for inspection. They unfortunately found a crack in the less than a year old core. They got a replacement ordered and had the warranty work completed in a day. They honored their word and warranty - no fights, no headaches, no dragging their feet. They are awesome - Life long customer here.
