Did a great job in a timely manner

I received one of their mailers in the mail and decided to give them a try. The staff was honest in diagnosing my vehicle and explained the issue with my vehicle and what the cost would be to solve the problem. I will definitely bring my other vehicles back because they made you feel like family and that you know an honest mechanic. Thanks guys Roderick J Roderick

Based on the reviews I was very excited to take my vehicle to them. I was very clear on the items I wanted checked out and asked that they consult with me prior to any service being done. My Ford F150 needs a major repair done for the Cam Phasers and also has a vacuum pump leaking oil that needs to be fixed. I got a second opinion from a local Ford Dealership and their fee for the same repairs is $650 cheaper than Accelerated. How often does that happen! I also needed a standard oil change which they did for $80 plus dollars which I then found out will need to be changed again with the Cam Phaser repair. Why not wait on the oil change then??? They did some diagnostic service as well and replaced a blown fuse. So at the end of all this all I am paying $350 plus dollars for an oil change and a new fuse and get to pay for a 2nd oil change when I make the Cam Phaser repair. I called and tried to have a discussion with them and was told that the oil change was a mistake but it is what it is. Sorry to say they lost my business going forward. I will stick with the Ford dealership as they are cheaper than Accelerated. Follow-up - the Cam Phaser repair at the Ford Dealership will consist of new Cam Phasers and timing chain. Ford Dealership told me the Vacuum pump was an easy fix as the valve covers would be off for the Cam Phaser repair. Accelerated quoted me $691.07 to fix it which is excessive as the dealership quoted $250.

Hi Scott, this is Matt, owner of Accelerated Diagnostic & Automotive. I worked with you early on during your visit. I first off want to sincerely apologize about your experience here. I never want any of our guests to have a negative experience. I do understand how you feel about the oil service that was performed. I want to offer you a complimentary oil service the next time you need one on any of your vehicles to make up for this. I would like the opportunity to discuss in person with you the engine repairs we provided an estimate for. If the dealership is performing the repairs for $600.00 less than us, they are not performing the same work we would be. My cell phone number is 402-990-1370. Please give me a call so we can find a time to meet. Thank you again for the feedback. I will work with my team members to correct the situation and prevent anyone from having this experience again. Respectfully, Matt

A dealership told me that I was going to need front brakes. Since Accelerated is closer and recommended to me I set appointment with them. I dropped the car off and went to lunch. Upon my return they told me not only do I not need brakes but there is half life left on my existing ones. Want honest mechanics? They gotcha covered. Now they own me. Bravo to them
