Spoke to Cade on the phone about the issues I had with 2 mechanics prior, he was very empathetic and let me know since my trucks been out of my company fleet for a month, that he’d do what he could to fit me in. Took my truck in on late Friday, picked it up late Monday. True to their word they fixed it right up and did what 3 other mechanics couldn’t do. Thank you nick (the mechanic) for the attention to detail and a job well done. I’ve got 3 company trucks and 2 personal vehicles and all of them will be going to accelerated auto from now on.

I had a great experience with this shop after my father-in-law had used them for a couple of years. My truck had 2-3 issues which required a lot of troubleshooting. They rectified all of them and silenced the incessant dinging and trouble codes. I thought the pricing was fair and I had my truck back the same day. I won't be going back to the dealership. I am very grateful to have Accelerated is available in Bennington. Accelerated diagnosed and replaced my transmission earlier. They did an awesome job, the car has run great!! Recently I was having similar sounds, thinking I was having the same problem again. They ran a diagnostic and found that I had very little oil left in my engine. I was surprised because my dash board said I still had 25% oil left. Thankfully, I took it in before I damaged the engine. The cost savings is amazing!!! They also set up set up an oil checkup plan for the next few months. Their team is very friendly. They really care for the customer!!!
