When I wanted to replace my wiper blades, in preparation for winter, I immediately called Accelerated Diagnostic and Automotive. The quality of service I received with two other major repairs made me want to continue using them for all my automotive needs. The choice was well worth it!! They replaced the two front wiper blades (in stock) and said they would let me know when the rear wiper blade came in. I got a text the same afternoon indicating that my rear wiper blade was already in the shop. That is fast and that is service. I now this was a small replacement item, but they showed they valued my business. By the way, these seem to be the best blades I have ever had replaced. The rainy weather proved their worth!!!

Reason for the five stars would be the steps taken and information given in a timely manner for my service. The issues with my vehicle was intermittent and directly affecting the four-wheel drive capabilities. This team had my vehicle for a few days before giving me a very concise understanding of what the issue was. While still a costly repair, I do feel confident the repair was needed, enlargest part due to their constant updates on what they were finding. Instead of just replacing , they took the time to look for more cost effective routs through diagnostics leading to the root cause that started it all. Witch would not have been fixed by just replacing the bad part. I really appreciated the status updates and ultimately a definitive reason and fix for why my vehicle was having issues.

These guys are true professionals. We had a car with what turned out to be a major issue. The cost to repair would have exceeded half of the value of the vehicle. While they were willing to do the repair, they helped us determine it was time to trade the vehicle off and even offered help with inspecting any used vehicles we might be looking at as a replacement. These guys aren't like other places I have been that are all about the bottom line but about caring for customers for a lifetime!
