The guys at Accelerated Auto really know what they are doing, they are honest, trustworthy, and provide overall the highest level of customer service that I have ever experienced from a mechanic shop. Being a person who really knows very little to nothing about cars in general, I've had the sad misfortune throughout my life of being taken advantage of, and fear mongered into having work done on past vehicles that I later found out was either a very cheap fix, or really not an urgent matter, but rather was just a throw-on item that shops often add to those who don't know better to make an extra buck. After my experience with with Accelerated, I am confident that they genuinely care about their customers and will educate you on the status of your vehicle, answer questions thoroughly, and make honest recommendations based on real information. It is such a relief to have finally found a mechanic I know I can trust, and don't have to worry about being scared into unnecessary work. Even though it's a bit of a drive to get our car in, having an honest mechanic shop is worth it, and I love that they are a locally owned business as well. After bringing my car in, it feels like brand new (despite being a 2007!) and I know I can rest easy knowing that it's in good shape. Great job guys!
