This shop is amazing. They communicate effectively, are very timely and constantly keep you in the loop ok everything. Jake at the front end is very personable and genuine, this is something hard to find at shops these days. Would recommend these guys to anyone, if you need a one stop shop with 5 star service, this is the place to go!

This place is AMAZING!! All the staff are friendly, above honest, and get the job done to your highest expectations. It is the cleanest waiting area I’ve ever experienced while waiting for an oil change!

I've been receiving flyers in the mail from Accelerated and decided to give them a try! I loved the fact that they are conveniently located and in my community. I've only had service at the dealership but I have been fed up with their prices and they were located on the other side of town. I've been having an issue with my engine light coming on and off. It would never stay on long enough to get it hooked up to the machine so this dragged on for two years. Recently, the check engine light stayed on long enough and I was able to have another repair shop in town diagnose it but it never resolved it. I was told to bring it back if it comes on again. Eventually the check engine light did come back on so I took it to Accelerated. I called to schedule my service appointment and I was immediately impressed with Chad! I received an appt reminder via text which I appreciated. I was able to drop my vehicle off the night before and securely placed my key in the key drop. Very convenient. Overall, my vehicle was inspected, test driven and hooked up to the diagnostic machine and a pretty major issue was found. Chad thoroughly explained the problem and it would be around $7K to fix. Based on the age of the vehicle, he recommended I not fix it and get something new. Although this wasn't the news I wanted to hear I appreciated the honesty and I appreciated that they didn't try to take my money. Very impressed! I also asked for some advice on a new vehicle. All in all very impressed! This is a very knowledgeable team, Fast forward a few weeks and I brought my daughter's vehicle in for service. Accelerated is top notch and we plan on being long time customers. Thanks Chad, Jake, and Matt!

This was my first visit to this shop, they were recommended by a great friend so I thought I’d give them a try. I’m am very impressed with them. Chad made this an incredibly stress free experience. It started with the initial phone call, he was patient with me as I tried to explain what was going on. Due to a part needing to be ordered the car was there for three days. Chad did an amazing job of keeping me informed. He suggested some things that I need to look at repairing in the near future (instead of telling me had to be done now). My concerns with my car were addressed and it is now running with more pep in in’s steps. Thank you Chad and your team mates for making this a great experience. No one enjoys having to spend money on repairs, but these guys make it an easy and enjoyable experience.

As usual, Matt and his crew did an excellent job on my 2016 Chevy 4x4 truck on keeping it running in tip top form. Anyone with a pick up definitely needs to go up to Bennington and see Matt!

Repairs were completed extremely quickly and affordably. I also liked the pictures provided for a few items that I was unaware of. I recommend this facility to anyone in need of automotive repair.
