Accelerated Diagnostic and Automotive performed another outstanding repair of our Honda CRV. We were having a loud rattling of the engine every time we started up the car. It was progressively getting worse and louder. I asked the shop to look into the problem. They found that the actuator needed replacement. Upon investigation, they found that this repair was also under warranty. They were able to remove and replace the timing chain. Upon removal, they found that it was significantly stretched and would have caused more expensive repairs in the future, possibly even an engine replacement. They also replaced the arm B, can chain, tensioner,guide cam chain. We were very grateful for their knowledgeable experience and repairs. I am letting anyone I hear that needs automotive work done, to take it to Accelerated Diagnostic and Automotive Repair in Bennington.

Accelerated Diagnostic and Automotive Accelerated Diagnostic and Automotive went way beyond my expectations in finding out a major problem with our car. I indicated that I thought that our transmission needed replacing. They were very careful to diagnose the problem. When the problem was identified, (transmission replacement), they worked with my warranty company all the way to the day it was completed. They kept me informed each step: from diagnosis, letting me know when the new transmission arrived at the shop, an estimated date for completion, to providing an Uber driver to pick me up at home and take me to the shop. They were very professional, friendly, and gracious. I think this is the best auto service I have ever experienced. I have already provided their name to other friends and family.
