If you are a female and/or you are hesitant to use car shops because a lot of them are sketchy ... Look no farther. My daughter's Rav4's brakes started squeaking and I thought I would try these guys since they weren't too far from my house. I had no idea on the history of this car since it is her second one thanks to her smashing up the first. Anyway, so I didn't know if these were 6 month old brakes or 5 year old brakes. The tech calls up and basically says they looked at the pads and they were fine. They test drove it and got the brakes to stop just by using them a little harder. they say she must not use them too much. She doesn't. Well they charged me Zero. On top of that, they didn't even try and sell me blinker fluid or muffler bearings. Great team. Thank you.
