On one of the colder days of the year, my car wouldn’t start and I knew it was either the battery or the starter. I wasn’t sure where to take it so I did a Google search and accelerated diagnostic and automotive was at the top of the search and was rated five stars so I figured I’d give them a try. I talked to Jake there several times and it’s definitely some of the best customer service I’ve ever received over the phone. I’ve been in customer service myself for over 30 years and I know great customer service when I hear it. So I had my car towed there and within 30 minutes after they received my vehicle, I was notified that it was just a battery and the battery was in place and my car was ready to pick up. Once I got there to pick up my vehicle, once again I was so happy with the customer service. Jake and the entire team were in the front office and they were so nice and so appreciative of my business and I will definitely be taking my vehicle back there going forward. I’m very picky about who works on my car because honest mechanics are hard to find yet alone those that have outstanding customer service🙂

Was in town for Christmas with family and noticed the breaks on my F150 starting to grind pretty bad…after a quick google search, I came across the folks at Accelerated and glad I did. Matt and Jake were both courteous and very fair. They were able to get me in quickly and back on the road. I hope in the future I don’t need auto repair issues when I’m in town visiting but if I am, I’ll know where to turn to

I normally don't take the time to place reviews and that is most likely due to the fact that I'm typically underwhelmed and unimpressed with the service that most businesses provide these days. That being said, when I do find a business that goes above and beyond to provide stellar customer service I feel obligated and honored to give them a recommendation. I can honestly say that the Accelerated Diagnostic & Automotive team is that diamond in the rough! They are friendly, courteous, transparent, fair and above all operate with integrity. We will continue to have all of our vehicles serviced here moving forward! It is a pleasure to give them our business...as they deserve it. Thank you Matt & Team!
