I highly recommend this shop to everyone. I loved that they didn’t try to sell maintenance that wasn’t necessary; this is a super common thing that other shops do, especially to women. I didn’t feel like they were trying to take advantage of me at all. When they were communicating each thing they found wrong with my car they told me what the problem was, what the malfunctioning part did, why it was important and even explained what things were a priority and what things could wait a few months. It helped me understand the issues and plan accordingly. Their customer service really showed me that they value and respect their customers and care about the cars that are brought to them.

This is the most honest and diligent repair shop around. You will not find another place like it. They will make sure to do every test possible to find the correct diagnosis to fix your car. They are very informed and know their stuff. There is no price gouging here either. There are so many bad shops out there it was sure nice to find this GEM.

Absolutely Amazing!! I searched multiple FB pages for recommendations where to take your car for service and Accelerated Diagnostics was mentioned numerous times. I had recently taken my car to a Volkswagen shop and spent $1600 only to leave with my check engine light still on. These guys at Accelerated literally did every test possible and spent multiple hours to properly diagnose my car, keeping me updated the entire time. They actually found out all my issues were from another recent visit to Volkswagen where the work was done incorrectly and was causing all my current issues. I now know why your shop is so highly recommended and I will be a forever customer and continue to recommend your shop as well. Thank you so much for being honest, reputable and diligent!
