I've been receiving flyers in the mail from Accelerated and decided to give them a try! I loved the fact that they are conveniently located and in my community. I've only had service at the dealership but I have been fed up with their prices and they were located on the other side of town. I've been having an issue with my engine light coming on and off. It would never stay on long enough to get it hooked up to the machine so this dragged on for two years. Recently, the check engine light stayed on long enough and I was able to have another repair shop in town diagnose it but it never resolved it. I was told to bring it back if it comes on again. Eventually the check engine light did come back on so I took it to Accelerated. I called to schedule my service appointment and I was immediately impressed with Chad! I received an appt reminder via text which I appreciated. I was able to drop my vehicle off the night before and securely placed my key in the key drop. Very convenient. Overall, my vehicle was inspected, test driven and hooked up to the diagnostic machine and a pretty major issue was found. Chad thoroughly explained the problem and it would be around $7K to fix. Based on the age of the vehicle, he recommended I not fix it and get something new. Although this wasn't the news I wanted to hear I appreciated the honesty and I appreciated that they didn't try to take my money. Very impressed! I also asked for some advice on a new vehicle. All in all very impressed! This is a very knowledgeable team, Fast forward a few weeks and I brought my daughter's vehicle in for service. Accelerated is top notch and we plan on being long time customers. Thanks Chad, Jake, and Matt!
